On the 17th of April 57 years ago I scraped frost off the front and back glass of our 1960 Studebaker Lark in Silver Springs, Florida.    No Joke.  This really Happened

The reason I don't know if it frosts often in April in Florida is I haven't been back to Florida but that one time 57 years ago when it did frost.

That was because that Studebaker Lark was such a  'cool'  car.
Real heros wear dogtags, not capes.

True. My 1960 Studebaker Lark VIII Hardtop was the coolest even without AC. Three on the tree with overdrive

It was April 14 When my bride and I both lost our virginity and went Honeymooning in Florida.    We got up early on the 17th to go to breakfast  before going to Silver Springs to watch the underwater shows from the glass bottom boats. To see to drive to breakfast we had to scrape frost off the Larks glass first.
Know you all know how I have no trouble remembering  since we just celebrated our 57th anniversary Saturday

Congrats on the anniversary and I remember going to silver springs as a kid and riding in the glass bottom boats. We didn’t have a studebaker Dad had a 1972 triple black two door Olds Ninety Eight with every option except cruise control he didn’t trust it.
