Looks like someone did some adapting of a regular English hood,
every picture I've seen is pretty close to the Alabama built G, except for the dash and the hood is longer due to the longer engine block

hey thanks for posting my tractor. i have two french g tractors. the one in the top photo is a one cylinder vendeuvre motor. very few were built. They called this tractor the G26 all factory built by allis chalmers in dieppe France . my good freind in France said most motors got hot and failed so they were replaced with continental motors. I also have a G called a super 35 with plows my freind says this tractor is very hard to find and the only one he has seen in the super 35. i will try to post more pics but have a hard time doing that on this site. ben
