Hi All,

I have some manuals on this machine coming my way.
But have a few simple questions to get me started.

Engine: 6MB230 I believe
Need to know which cylinder is considered number one. Towards the fan or the other end.
Also what I have read says the firing order is stamped on the engine block.
But where on the engine block.
It is covered in years of gunk, was hoping to start scratching in the right area.
Thanks.

My manual says 1-5-3-6-2-4 #1 at the fan,  this is listed for the gas G-230.  Hope this helps.:)

It doesn’t matter which end is number one, firing order-wise. As long as you start with either end.

Doesn’t seem possible, but it works.
