Does any body know what this attachment is or if it was built by allis? Looks like some kind of shop mule. The bottom is a tank. It was found in the desert in AZ. It has a stand pipe on the other side that has a breather/ dipstick. So maybe it is a hydraulic tank? Has a number 1 decal on the hood, and a brass serail number tag along with the factory serail tag.
