If i were to reproduce the grille screen for the 180,190,210 would you guys buy any at $125. This would require you to cut your existing screen out and tack weld this new insert on the back inside lip of your grill. These will be exact replicas and have the logo plate like the originals. Just feelin you guys out before i go into production. If i could make the whole grille i would. But i cant at this point. This screen would work for both the flat front and round front grille styles.

Thanks for your input, Luke

I'm not in need of any but the price sounds reasonable. I've got laser machines all around me and it's amazing what can be done. I need a flat front grill suround for a 210. I have the bottom piece. You should consider grill screens for the lawn and garden tractors. The screen looks the same until you start measuring.
Nothing is impossible if it is properly financed

originally they aren't even a screen. The whole grill is one piece, the grill is punched out.  I think if you were selling a piece that fits in the shell, you'd sell a bunch, but if you could reproduce the whole grill assy, you couldn't make em fast enough!

Well Norm said they dont sell, but ive never seen hs i guess. The grill punch die would be costly. Mine would be ready to tack in and have the square the ac logo already in it, so it would look original. Norm does your the plate for the logo. Or is it just the screen pattern? These would be a little more professional than just a big piece of screen you cut down.

Used to at Maytag we had a Salvedinniee metal working machine, it was a complete computrized metal processer , it coulda made the screen easy, and fast too!
