My 1970 advertising literature says with 18.4 x 38's the rear wheel tread is 61 inches to 99 inches. They have to be the spin-out wheel to reach this. If it has an add-on cab, there might be issues with cab mounts?? I always figured 62 to 63 inches was close enough on 18.4 width.
