When I recently acquired a Model G it came with a pile of "stuff".  Some of the stuff has been identified; some not.

Below is an item that I haven't been able to ID.  It may not be Allis-Chalmers.

I'd be interested in this group's thoughts.

I'll have another set of pictures posted shortly.

I was gonna say that, looks really similar but not the same as the guide rails for the disc openers for my 4 bottom

Dave,

Do you mean the rear furrowing bar?

If so I have to push back a little.  I've never seen one with the "arrow-head" on the end like this thing has.

Best regards,

Scott

I got the pile of stuff a little more organized and found one of these with a clamp attached to the "arrowhead".  Thougt I'd add a picture of that to see if that helps anyone figure out what this thing is.

Best regards.

The rear furrowing bar came with parts that took out the wheel marks.  This looks a little more sophisticated.  There is an attachment for a hoe and what looks like a bolt attachment on the end.
It does not look like any part I am that familiar with.  However, I have a G implement book at home.  Perhaps I can find it there when I get home.
Good Luck!

Looks a lot like it is off a 2 row WD or 45 cultivator. Check the bore size of the clamp they were larger than the G shanks. Scott
Allis Chalmers still exist in my mind and barns
