Thanks !
OK, if the pictures above are a Model 35, how do you tell the difference between it and the pickers below that have been identified as the older One row Corn Harvester ? If I am understanding correctly there is suppose to be a rotating paddle above the husking/snapping rolls in the throat area if it is a 35 ? Where exactly is that ?

That should be between the two snouts. , just back from the rolls.
I don't think mine has one.

I was referring to tadams(OH) picker above.
I think I see the paddle in "tadams(OH)" picture that is looking up the middle of the snouts. I don't know how from the pictures that I posted (or the pictures you posted Don, of your pull type) a guy could tell if the paddle is there or not ?

It appears that Toms does have the paddle.
![]() I used the brightness and contrast feature on microsoft picture manager, to lighten the contrast.
Also, The paddle is just before what they call the "Ear depressor" (I think), Its a steel flap with a spring on it, and its job is to press the ear down on the husking rolls (At least it tries to take the husk off!haha)

In the third picture, the belt and chain along the right side run the paddles. The earlier pickers like mine don't have this.

This here belt would be on a 35. The paddle would be where the chain driven sprocket is.
