I bought a set of btk 13.6-28 tires for my wd45. I'll be glad to have my big tractor back! overhauling the engine later this summer after I'm done plowing.

A friend put a set of BKT's on his B. They still have the tits on them after 2 tractor drives and a small amount of disking in my field. I liked the look of them but had already bought tires for my 45.

I hope they last. Good traction would be nice too. I'll find out soon.

I was just looking at the bkt tires yesterday actually for my D14. Was curious how the quality was being a good bit cheaper than the other brands I've seen.

Put new BKT's on the D-19 about 4 years ago. Seem to hold up well for what little bit we use it. Its a foriegn bias tire, but I aint payin the high dollar for firestones in 18.4x34, no way.
Would not want to buy another set, can't imagine the price now.

They were almost eight fifty for the pair with new tubes and mounting. Tire prices are rediculous. Decent looking tire.

Put 18.4X30 BKT's on my 180 a couple years ago. Very happy with them so far. At least they are not Chinese made tires. BKT is from India. Mike

I've had BKT 14.9x28s on my WD 45 for 2 winters. They work good for me. I plowed the garden with them last spring with no wheel wieghts and didn't have any problems.

I was commenting on being made in China or made in India. The price of imports vs. US made is another subject.

We sold them, I have them on the back of my 1800 oliver, not as good of traction as the Firestones, but the price difference, I can live with them.

We have one on a TN65 NH that is holding up very well and a metric implement tire on our round baler that is doing the same. I'd definitely buy from them again. I have had great customer service from them all the way from their corporate head quarters down to the local tire dealer, and that is what matters the most to me (that and the tire lasts and performs well).

Man I am glad to read all of these plus points for BKT. I just picked up a set for my latest project. Titans were a bit more money plus 2 months out........

I only pull a 2-16 my garden is not big enought to turn around in. I bought mine from a local tire store that services many local farms. The dealer said they haven't had any problems with BKT's and they were half the price of firestones. He had two other brand inbtween in price but recomended the BKTs. I use tire chains in the winter so I can't say what the snow traction would be like.

I pull three fourteens here. Pretty heavy soil. Curious to see how they work.
