Hi fellas, I'm a neebie to this forum, but i've been lurking behind the scenes for  7 or 8 years. This is the go to place for Allis Chalmers info. It's helped me to keep my 49-B that i've owned for 20 yrs. going. Now for my question, does anyone know what the correct headlight bulb # is for a 6 volt system. The one I took out is GE 1133, none of the auto or hardware stores around here have them. Also would anyone know what size and # fuse goes in the switch box resister. How do you go about posting pictures on here. If you can, keep it simple, because my 70 yr. old mind is not as sharp as it once was. lol                Thanks alot, Stonewall

The bulb is an 1133 for the 6V version. That is the correct number. We have em' in stock. Also the fuse in the fuse tower is 20 amps. The OEM flat resistor on the charging side of the system is 3.0 ohm. HTH

Thanks alot Steve. I was hoping you would reply, as I've come to respect your opinon on everything to do with old Allis tractors, especially electrical. How can I get your phone # to order some bulbs and fuses?                             Thanks, Stonewall
