I have a two-bar spring-tooth harrow that has a broken shank.  The harrow is shown on page 237 of Norm Swinford's book.  The shanks attach with the flat side facing up and then do a 90 degree twist so at the bottom where the points attach the flat sides are pointing to the sides of the harrow. Most other harrows that I have seen do not have this twist in the shanks.  Does anyone have an extra shank or two to sell?  Thanks.
