Neeeding help on how to turn the fuel up slightly on a 7000, i'm not looking to totally hot rod it just a little extra, thanks

Just behind the top cover is a screw that sets at a 45 degree angle to the top. Remove plastic cover, loosen lock nut and back screw out 1/4 turn at a time. MACK

That's the HP (max fuel flow) screw, right? Isn't there also another one that limits the maximum amount of fuel per a plunger stroke or something like that (referred to as the torque screw, I'm guessing as it really pours some fuel to the tractor at the lower rpms)? I could've sworn there were two different screws on a RoosaMaster pump that controlled fuel flow.

the external screw is the torque screw. It affects mostly rated speed fuel output. The actual fuel adjustment is inside, on the leaf spring(s), roller dimension. This is what actually determines pump output. You can back out the torque screw for more hp only if the roller dimension is set high enough. may gain 10-20hp. It will not lug as well when pulled below rated speed though, less torque rise.

Injpumped is right, won't be alot of HP but if it is a 4 roller pump don't adjust leaf springs unless you take the pump apart and measure each set of rollers. A 2 roller can be adjusted from out side with no problem. MACK
