Picked the cultivator up at the same sale as the narrow front B.From all I can find it looks to be a factory 500 series and not a home made deer plot cutoff. I have not found any serial number tag on it to confirm this but from descriptions from Wendels book it looks to be one. Has anyone here ever used one of these cultivators and how are they. I will post some pics of it and the tractors as soon as i figure out how to get the pics posted.

My dad bought one like it, then bought a longer tube from a steel supplier, long enough for a row, added one gang and had a 4 row cultivator. I still have the short tube. Yours looks like new.

They said at the sale where we bought it the guy that was selling needed more more shed room so he was cleaning house. I think it will look pretty good behind the Series 4 D17 this summer cultivating corn if it dries up enough to get it in.

That is the same tool bar, ratter it was two row four row or six. One can cut a four off to a two and they would have same plow as you.

Unbelievable! I paid 150.00 and thought it was a good price but no orange paint came with mine. I did get the rolling shields though. |

Very nice. I'd love to find a snap-coupler style.
