do any of the intake or exhaust studs require sealing on the threads that thread into the head? Any antiffreeze contact? Thanks, Dana

There is not supposed to be.
Bu, Bu But since it most likely has been in more hands than yours you might want to push a wire into each hole to make sure someone had not got over handy with a power drill and went a tad deeper than necessary and struck water.
