 Topic: 6 bottom slat bottom plow for sale

My farm renter has a 6 bottom slat bottom plow he wants to sell. I believe it has a on land hitch. He wanted to know what he should ask for it. It is in great shape and been stored inside for 30+ years. I told him probably $1000-1500. He is sending me some pics. How far off am I on price?

Most of the time you can figure 100 a bottom but the price is a lot softer now. JMHO

I think it can only be an old 9000 series or the later "Monoframe" 2000 or 3000 series.

FYI, HE WANTS $1K FOR IT AND WON'T BUDGE. It is a nice plow that has been in the shed for years. Paint is still good and there are AC emblems on the slats.

Semi mount on lift arms. Not a trailer type hitch.

A semi mount on land hitch will make it a 3000 model. I have a 7 furrow
|
