Just for fun, here's a 2:21 minute video of how Gleaner is honoring their 100 yr dedication.

Sales would have been higher if it said "Allis Chalmers" on the sides

Oh, I love those videos. That first video really shows the history and the passion for a galvanized Gleaner Combine. I have to watch it again, were Jean, François Millet, The Gleaners pictured on the combine?

I also thought that takes a pretty strong revolving floor to hold up the combine and rotate it. Very cool.

My local dealer said you would have had to order the unit two years in advance to get one with the 100th anniversary wrap on it.
Pre-WW2 A-C tractors on steel wheels...because I'm too cheap to buy tires!

I like the logo.I like to be able to buy a hat with the logo but I will still use my old one to get the crop off.
My G Gleaner is a bit more cost effective for 87 acres.Big smile

Yes, my 1978 Gleaner still runs strong. I saw a slightly used S97 being offered online at $249k.

If you look close and quick, you can see a few pictures on the rear that’s read, Gleaner’s by Allis Chalmers.

How cool would it be to have a hat or a shirt with that kind of a decal painted on it? I guess I’m thinking of the old 8550/L2 hats. I also remember hats with 2 of the N series combines. I’ll bet they would sell quite a few at Hutchinson.

Drove through an AGCO dealer lot last week in New Hampton Iowa and they had 7 new centennial Gleaners on the lot.
