Not familiar with a 5020. If they are hydraulic I would say there's a return spring missing causing the pedal to sag and trapping fluid in the brake. As the fluid expands from heat it applies the brake.

My 83, 5020 brakes just locked up. Rears were locked and if 4wd was engaged fronts were locked as well. Had to tow it back to the barn. I went to start it about a month later and the brakes were no longer stuck. Any ideas on what caused this. Thanks
