My D21 with PTO but no 3 pt on 23.1 x34 rubber weighs 10,300 lbs. I think you 210 will be close to 11,500 lbs

You don't say what size tires are on it. Let's go this way. Nebraska Test says a 210 with 3 point hitch and PTO, with 20.8 x 38 10 ply rears and 10:00 fronts weighed 12,425 lbs with a driver. no fluid or weights of any kind. I have no idea how much fuel but would guess not much. I'm guessing 1,000 lbs for a bareback less than 12,435.
