Been working on Allis C.
Rebuilt the front housing as the other was cracked. Had my nephew bore out the a regular housing to accept the upper race. Had bought another Allis C wide front for the housing and it was welded and cracked in the same location as the other one. The narrow front housing was not machines out for the race. Also had to buy bushing for this housing as it the holes we’re bigger for the earlier tractors. Removed the knee spindle as it frozen up. Clean up okay and new grease. Steers way better.
