Fuel injection pump is dripping on the 175d, 236 Perkins. It has filled the pale approx a gallon since last use about 3 weeks ago. Engine starts and runs good, no issues. Is there a seal that can be replaced without a total overhaul? Been on a roll with pump rebuilds here lately!

Best I can tell is from the throttle shaft, everything is wet. I can dry it down tomorrow and throw some powder to find the source.

I can fix that right on the tractor for you . Do shut of shaft seals at same time .
Spray it down with brake cleaner ,use air to blow it off and look at it ,wasting your time with power on this.

Fred, Sounds good. Is there any concern with fuel getting to the crankcase? I was planning to clean up snow with it most likely tomorrow. I can use the backhoe if needed but would prefer the blade on the 175. I’ll get in touch with you today.
