I took the mounting bolts out to move the voltage regulator to access the starter last week . I got starter rebuilt & put back in now it wont charge at all [Batt reading 12.54 volts while running]I seem to have slight stray voltage on the mounting tabs which I don't understand since they appear to be isolated in rubber. I didn't remove any wires going to the regulater & they are all tight. maybe it needs to be"'flashed" , but I 'm not sure how to do this since this tractor is still very original, POSITIVE GROUND. thanks, keith so va
