I have a 200 with a pto problem. It slips on my 425 new Holland baler. I replaced the driven and driving plates. it has the 540 and 1000 rpm pto speed. any ideas why it can't even turn a 1012 new Holland bale wagon

Mine did the same thing. It was a hyd valve problem. I do not remember where or what it took to fix it. It's been 5 0r 6 years ago.

IF you idle the tractor to 1000 rpm , put it in high range 4th gear and slowly let out the foot clutch - does the PD clutch slip as well ?
