I bought 3 b's and one of them is serial #118. I will have to get a pic. Just curious what else is out there.

Stookless, Congratulations you have obtained three of my favorite Allis Chalmers Tractors. Also the 1938 model are the ones my father first started selling in his dealership. Look forward to seeing pictures and future reports.

I don't think it has been fixed I've tried for months to register my 2 WC unstyled tractors with no results Wish someone would figure it out and let us know

I have 3-B's. one is a 38, I think the other 2 are a 40 and 50? Would have to look again for the #'s on them. The 38 is 4 number, so not a rare one.

I used to have B254. When I bought it at an auction, some guy claimed the tractor number was faked, because "tractor number' was cast into the housing, not stamped.
From the research I did, it seems about the first 400 or so were all hand stamped, before they changed the casting that had "Tractor No" cast in. |
