Hello Frog here, I just picked up a 65 AC B10, looking forward to tinkering on it, its in good shape considering its been sitting for over 20 years well relatively speaking, no compression in engine(im thinking of repowering) good snow blade, decent body, good deck. My plan is to get her moving and then consider my options, I like old tractors and have had several over the years.
Im not a mechanic but have been wrenching on mechanical things since a kid.
Currently looking for a flexplate/tranny shaft coupler for the old girl.

Welcome there Frog, I have about a dozen tractors and I am not sure that I would re-power it. There plenty of parts still available and may help getting over the learning curve. Wink

Thanks, yes I have been doing my due diligence, I do see lots of parts except that elusive transmission coupler flex plate dealeo. That AC is patiently waiting under my shed to be looked at. I'm about to pull the trigger on an early 80s Work horse, that only needs a carb rebuilding. My goal is to get an early garden tractor running and mowing so I can dump this PIA craftsman I picked up. thanks for the reply and ill be spending more time if I can on this site....

Are you talking about the little fiber disk that's bolting to each end of drive shaft, motor end and bevel gear box end. If so like I said above give sandy lake a call and they will help you.
