My great uncle had a brand new d14 with a 3-14 plow. He farmed about 200 acres of crop land with a wd,d14 and a farmall B. He did lots of custom combining with a 66 all-crop. They cut lots of clover seed and wore out a set of cylinder bars every year. Thanks for posting. Tom

Yes, we had a surprise. There was a tree stump cut flush with the ground. Didn’t see it but it pushed the plow to the right. It did roll the stump out.
Thanks & God Bless

Hes doing a good job. The last time I saw a D14 plowing was in 1959. We were going to town on a Saturday afternoon. The AC dealer had 10 or 12 tractors with plows hooked up plowing up an old pasture. Dad stopped and we all watched a while. Later that fall when the old H with the mounted picker split the rear end housing, lt was traded off for a new D17 and mounted 17 picker. A 3x16 snap coupler plow and a 4 row cultivator came
along the next summer. Thank you for bringing back a memory that I hadn't thought about for years.
