ACP 130 Forklift- Help

Does anyone out there have this model forklift? I have a friend with one and I'm trying to help them track down the load capacity plate for it. He salvaged it and got it running great, but there was no capacity plate on it. I was hoping that if someone else out there has one, they could take a picture of the plate so he could have one made up for it.
