Attention Darrel I've just found this for when you are greasing the PTO driveshaft. Beside the emergency brake lever there is a raised section on the floor. You get access to the front U-joint grease nipple through the square cutout on the outside of it. Somewhat easier than getting at it from below - once you line it up.

Thanks for that piece of information, Ian. Hope I can remember that when the time comes. We got to where we were getting close to trying the old girl out last fall, but then it got too cold to work on it any more. Now I have a job, so I don't know when I'll get back to it. Darrel
