Can anyone say if weights # BW 176 B cast in them will fit the power adjust 38" inner hubs on late 200 or early 7000?? Guessing they weigh 800lb plus each, should replace fluid and eliminate corrosion.
From an auction, I've a set of NOS 16 X 38 P A rims and would like to mount tires on them w/o fluid in them.

Have you got a picture of them?
I'd like to see a 800 lb weight. An Allis 800 lb weight? |

800lbs? Wow...I bought what I thougt were heavy wheel weights for my 7045. They are a solid donut/ring you mount on the inside of the wheel. They weigh ~300. I can't imagine dealing with something over 2x that weight.

That's what the owner said he thinks they weigh. All I've seen is a couple pics. Will know more about them after Sunday, going to look at them.

I was down at Cooks in Clinton, MO getting some parts and seen some inside weights for a 70 series tractor that probably weigh 800 lbs. They were about 3 times as thick as the standard inside weight that goes on these tractors

The 4 weights on the 200 now are; 3" thick, 10" ID hole and 25" OD. say BW 254136 2 on them, I'm sure they're 100+ each, seemed like a lot more when I put them on by myself.
Owner of them says What I'm looking at; BW 176 B, are same 10" center and 25" OD and almost 18" thick, so yes they are probably closer to 600 than 800 lbs. |

Dang. Yeah if they’re all one piece 18” thick, I’m sure they weigh all of that!

Steel is 490 lbs per cubic foot. You've got 3 cubic feet of steel in 18" think ones. The ones on my 190 are a foot thick and are suposed to be 1000 ea.

How do you even mount those unless you have a fork lift or good sturdy engine hoist?

Buddy has BIG old forklift, rated at 12K lift. It'll lift the rear of my Case 1175 with fluid in tires, & dry clamp-on duals on.

I bought a aftermarket set from a friend in PA. 1100 lb outer and 1500 lb inners all on one D-21! Have the 1500 lb inners on my 220 2wd.

Even the smaller tractors can have impressive wheel weights. My WD Allis has one weight on each rear wheel that weighs 400 pounds. It is about three times the thickness of the Allis wheel weights. They were made by the Rowe Foundry in Martinsville, IL. I called and inquired what they weigh and the person at the desk told me they get frequent calls about the tractor wheel weights.
