Is a steel pressed rim the same thickness as a PA rim? And is it the same shape inside, the bead, etc.

John, this may not be a difinative answer but here is what I found. Original 13x28 PAW is 5/32" thickness. The 'blanks' I bought to make my 15x28 PAWs are 3/16". I doubt if 1/32 of an inch would make any difference mounting tires.
