I removed the Hyd. clutch compartment on my 180 today and what a mess. The housing on the clutch assembly Broke one of the 3" ears off and pieces are all over the inside of the compartment. Need to find another clutch assembly and probably the 2 brake assemblies. I'll disassemble the unit tomorrow and get a good idea of what came apart to cause the damage.

Never heard anything when I pulled it out, so I think it stayed in placed. I was going to look in with a flashlight, but was running out of daylight and I was still in shock looking at all the damage. Funny thing is when it failed I didn't hear a loud bang! Compartment is full of springs, pieces and filings.
