Hi Jug- I am pretty sure there are several oil filters that can cross. I have two other H3 one had a fram but could see no letters or numbers. Another has a Hastings on it same deal as yours - oxidized unable to read.
The AC Delco unit note above for the hydraulics is mounted on a 1962 H3. I don't know if there were any changes to the filter over the life of the H3 production period. Good luck with it - nice machines!
