Clean the rear case under fuel tank,shoud be a cover bolted on (been a long time don't remember how many bolts or size)slide cover back.The adjuster is right there,tighten until you cannot bottom out the pedal.

Like RAY54 said remove the small cover on the stering cluch compartiment cover under the fuel tank and turn the brake adjuster clockwise until the brake pedal has 1 3/4" to 2" free travel

The dry clutch tractors also have a set scew up through the bottom of the housing which touches the bottom of the brake assembly. After adjustments, you take it up tight then back off I think one and a half turns. Its purpose is to prevent the top linings dragging on the drum when the pedals are back. Many of those have been thrown away leaving a hole for dust an mud to get into the housing
