What are the allis Cable winches selling for these days? Think its a 400 series not sure. Also on a running H3? Undercarriage needs work along with the rest of the dozer. But the engine runs decent. I understand putting a price on this is difficult without seeing it in person.

Any ideas?

It does run, and the winch does work.

I'm not really sure what that's worth, but I just recently bought a 653 but it doesn't have a winch. It runs great, has all the sheet metal, but both steering clutches and brakes are stuck and paid $2600. I wasn't looking for any more projects but I felt it was a too good to pass up. I was told it was a good buy from some other friends.
