Ron,
I remember when grinding feed was an all day job. We would take a half a wagon load of shelled corn and shovel about a quarter load of oats on top, then add protein pellets. Now you position the wagon next to the hammermill, block the wheels, unhook the CA and move it out into position for the flat belt. Hook up and tighten the belt start things up and go shovel the whole load into the mill. The feed was blown into an empty oats bun to be shoveled out later. Makes me sweat just thinkin about all that work. It looks like you got it a lot easier.
Seeings how there aren't that many D15II's around, it should be illegal
for 1 guy to own 2 of em. LOL Charlie

I have to agree with Dean I didn't think they ever made 185 with a narrow front, I would like to see some close-up pictures of it Thanks Mark V.

I have all the literature for 185 and they never show a narrow front or an option for a narrow front. I believe its probably off of a 180.

Ok. I was waiting for all of your questions before I answered. The brush guards are for brush, or as we say in Tn. bushes. Now to the 185 NF. It is a real 185. It says 185 on the serial number, and it has the 185 throttle lever set up. I am a former AC dealer and have been buying and selling used tractors for over 35 years , and I have never seen nor heard of another one. I have seen 180s,190s, and 170s with NF but never a 185, so that is one reason I have kept this tractor for over 16 yrs. , plus the fact that it is a dream to drive .Y'all come see us and I'll let you drive it. To Steve OH. I have a D15II for sale. It is a snap-coupler in original paint, good tires good trans. price $3,950. If I didn't already have two I would keep this one . Ron. 615 274 2200

We worked on a 185 recently Ronnie, that had a brush guard off a little Ford......and they had extended it 2 feet beyond the front weight bracket.......looked kinda funny actually. Ronnie has some nice (and rare) toys if any of you are ever in middle TN and can stop there!!
