Just got hold of an 8B in great shape, need a set of fuel filters for it.  Local place got ahold of the canister and spin on, but can't find a listing for the box type water sep. filter on it.  The old one doesn't have a number on it that I can find.  I don't even know what engine this 8B has, net seems to show a turbo 6 cyl. iveco but mine is a 4 cyl and is non-turbo.

the guys at Napa in Sedalia , Mo. always manage to find all my filters, no matter how obscure. You can also always add a modern aftermarket separator and use modern filters.

I did a NAPA filter by application look up:
http://www.napafilters.com/filter-lookup/

Under engines selection shows the Cummins 4BT as a option in a FIAT -ALLIS 8B. I agree with Corey, napa may be you avenue of choice.
