Here is one in Ohio, for parts or restore. Richard
![]() ![]() It is all there except the muffler and 2 or 3 digging teeth. The engine turns and the gears work, flat tires.

I saw an old one of them sell at a local farm auction this past fall but wasn't sure exactly what it was cause it had sat outside since forever.

Last week I was looking at a H-3 stored in a barn and there was four or five of these ROTOTILLERS beside the H-3. They look to be a well built unit.

Hey Mark that is my tiller in your picture. I restored it about 12 years ago and at that time was able to buy any part I needed from Frazier. Sadly, they are closed now and the last time I was by Frazier farm equipment in Auburn IN. they were shut up tight with no signs of life. I guess the only way of getting parts now is buying up old tillers to use for parts.

Steve,
I hope you don't mind that I used your picture..... what a great looking machine! I'll bet It runs great also.
I am very disappointed to hear Frazer is no longer open. No wonder they wouldn't answer the phone or respond to emails.
I have a line on a tiller that my grandpa & dad had 30+ years ago. I tilled with it as a kid. If I get it I would like to look like yours someday!
Best wishes and great work, Mark

I has one of those machines. It always did a great job. That was thirty years ago. I gave mine to the brother in law and he took it out to Montana. He used it for several years and I lost track of it. I believe it had a two cycle engine and a steel cable for the recoil starter.

I've owned a couple of Frazier tillers. The were made in Auburn, Indiana but after WWII production was moved to the Willow Run plant where Ford had made bombers. Parts were hard to find but they were stout machines. Only damage I ever had was the starting cord broke after a while and the tin work got dented. They were available in two widths, I think maybe 26 and 32 inches. Later models had steering brakes, some had reverse. Without the steering brakes you better be a real man to use one. Lots of power but in my sandy soil they dug in deep and I found myself pulling up on the handlebars a lot. When I was in my forties I found, restored and enjoyed them. In my sixties, I bought a 60" 3-point rototiller.

Howdy,
I got 2 of these in running condition. Just tilled our garden the other day, 1/2 acre=15-20minutes. I don't get to use them enough, and they really work good. I've got one set up with steel wheels and pulls a plow. The other is a tiller(20"). I've got 2 other complete tiller drives, 1-20" and 1-26", complete with tines etc. Got a bunch of different tine setups. I also have another 1 and 1/2 tillers in parts, and would just need a cyl. to get it together. Got a box of new parts. Was just looking at all this the other day as I don't think I'm going to need all this stuff. I've done all my own work on these things. Tiller will start on 2nd pull. I can help you get these running etc...except I'm out here in southern oregon. rc
