Need info on my series 1 hood. It has a door for small raditior neck,a factory cut hole for ex pipe diretly aboue center of manifold and a farmer cut hole for ex pipe at frontend of under hood muffler. These holes don't match hole in my series 2 hood. What do you think about this?? Maybe a straight pipe from factory? Muffler added later maybe. help help help

The farmer cut hole is probably the factory hole made bigger. I dont believe the hole directly above the manifold center to be factory. Might look like a nice cut but not factory. I have one NOS series one hood. I can send pics of if needed. Hth great lookin tractor by the way.

I agree that hole above middle of manifold was probably cut to attach straight pipe and do away with original under hood muffler. Series 11 would be different. If someone has an extra series 11 hood they would part with I would be interested !!!  Doyle
