Tools that do the job. That track pin looks to be in excellent shape. What do you use to pull track pins wityh the track on the machine?

A ( B F H ) and a punch . Punch has a handle on it so as to hold steady by helper while you use hammer . You can make up a sleeve to center punch onto the track pin , this bolts to the track link so punch does not need to be located after each hit.
On the pin (opposite side your driving from , buck the track link with a pipe or heavy metal bar to opposite track so hit is solid and not bouncing when force is applied.

Dozer, The hard way like coke said a BFH! actually with a oxy acethylene torch to heat it also. Coke thanks for the idea i will be placing a piece of pipe on my track assembly tool to incorporate taking it off also. Here are two other tools i built for it. one is for the 4 inch nut on the center of the drive sproket and the other is used with a bottle jack to pull the outboard bearing.

Yea that is where I got the idea after several hours of messing with the pin on the track frame I went that way it seems to work pretty good , I've put the outboard bearing on after I welded it all back up and it was aligned pretty good no problems I will post a pic of the bracket I bolted up for alignment later.
