Hmmm,, he must be new to Cummins/Dodge trucks. No "C" in the rear window, no stack(s) and the mirrors are'nt pulled all the way out as wide as they can go.

I kno a fella who used to disc with his pickup a little he had a hyd setup on it but couldnt keep the engine cool

Sure looks like an Oliver. 5 shank chisel with twisted blades running 4-5 inches deep. A WD might pull it, but I would expect a 45 certainly would. And yes, I imagine he's got quite a bit of weight in the bed.
You don't really have to be smart if you know who is!
