On a 7060 with both 540/1000 the bolts that hold it on keep coming lose and today it completely sherd them off any ideas on how to fix this? And is this a common issue on a 7000 series allis ? If you got any more questions just ask thanks

Not a problem if all the bolts are Grade 8 and tight and clean surfaces and threads. In fact, many 540 shafts get twisted off from the torque and the bolts aren't a problem.

Ya, the clean surfaces are important, if you got oil gunk in there, that will allow the shaft to move around, putting the torque on the bolts rather than friction on the mating surface.
