Ground driven mechanical lift? Maybe like for a WC or U? Steel wheels also.

I want to see one at our fall Allis feature show this year. While everybody else is plowing a guy could be cultivating  behind them. I'll have the WC there to pull it with if somebody could loan one out. Sorry to jump your post Don.
