I'm looking for a distributor for my CA  that I believe is an IH Farmall dist. that has the drive for a PS pump. Can anyone tell me what the  Farmall dist. ID/part no. is ?
Or better yet does anyone have one for sale? Or do any of our supporting dealers have such an animal?

 Well, the linmk does not work; but here is the gist of it;

I know that all you guys are diehard orange but I love all old tractors and the older the better. one thing that I have found out is that some parts will interchange from other brands. Did you know that you can replace the mag on a wc or wd with a distributer from a H or M farmall. I have 2 WD's that get about 750 hours a year on them for 3 years with IH dist. if you want live hydralics, you can put hydralic pump from a 300 or 400 series farmall on but you will also have to use a super m or h upright dist to clear the oil filter. I have a styled wc with a dual loader a wd wide front, the generator and power steering of a 444 Massy Harris, a 350 IH hyd. pump and super m dist., and foot brakes from a wd . Also, i just seen a post that spoke of round spoke rear wheels. these wheels were made by F&H and are the same wheels that were put on f-20 farmalls and GP john deeres. in fact, i have an f-20 i bought with round spokes and an unstyled WC i bought with f-20 rear steel. Hope you can use some of this info to keep your ac's working!

There is one on Ebay now. WD and WD45 are the same. I just swapped my C mag for a distributor and as expected the results are a much smoother idle.

Steve,
Swing over to Yesterday's Tractors for sale ads under Allis. "Paul in Wentzville, MO" usually has A-C parts for sale and seems to part out plenty of B, C and CA models, along with the occasional Farmall. Has plenty of CA parts listed currently including some distributor assemblies. I have purchased a few parts from him previously and he is a stand up guy that lists accurate descriptions of what he sells.

Tim, I looked through the 90 ads for "tractors for sale" under Allis and didn't find Paul in Wentzville, MO. Do you, or does anyone else, have an e-mail address or phone no.where I can reach him?

Steve,
From the main page for yesterday's Tractors, see column on upper left and click on "photo ads", type in allis chalmers and hit "go" or just click enter. Paul has a number of ads up currently and his number is 636-327-5647.
Seeing Ray's response, I can tell you firsthand that Ray also offers good items as well as I have also purchased from him previously.
Good luck in your parts search.

Check St. Louis Craig's List in the farm and garden section. Just put in Allis Chalmers in the search box and look for the parts he has listed.

I'm not sure but that is not a CA distributor in the picture unless they had 2 types but I've been known as per the correct police. LOL.

Tim, I e-mailed Paul about his ad for the exact dist. & drive that I want. It's a bit pricey so I asked if he could tell me how much it would cost to get it here.
Thanks again for walking me through the YT website.
