WC cultivator questions

Picked up a cultivator for my WC last weekend and finally got to looking it over tonight. It does not sit straight and I think I might have found the problem. The to adjustment irons for the two outside bars are different. One has two bends and one is straight.
 
Neither seems to be tampered with. Also how do you tell what model it is?
