My 7060 now won't go into high or low range (not the PD, but the range trans.). The cables that were good in the spring seem to be out of adjustment as the lever will flop around some. After removing the floor board, I am having extreme difficulty putting it into high or low even by hand. You think that you have it, and the tractor will move a bit and then stop. Sometimes when you do get it and shove the clutch in, it will kick out. Is this just improper cable adjustments, or is there something else?? I have ordered new cable ends. Thanks!

Mine you can't really shift by hand because it shifts so hard. Ive used a big cresent wrench to shift them before. Does the lever move all the way forward and backwards on the console? Does it still go in park? You can take the side off the console and adjust the cables some in there too. First I would make sure the cables are moving in and out under the floorboard like they should.
