Anytime I've had a bad shaft seal in the gerotor pump, it sucked transmission oil level down and put it in the rearend. More info needed.....hours??....how long has it been doing this??? how much oil transfer in a day?? does it transfer more when roading at 20 mph than it does at field speeds??

There are alot places it can transfer oil. There are steel plugs that can rust holes in them, pinion seal, but the seal on pump drive shaft is the 2nd most likely place to leak. Seal in gear pump is the most likely.
Any time you have the pumps out is a good time to replace the seal on pump drive shaft. It can be removed and replaced through pump hole.  MACK

If it transfers that much, it is gear pump.   MACK
