I went to use my 220 the other day and thats when the problems started.  I have lost all hydraulics and no steering  I checked all the fluids and everything checked out ok.  Can the pump lose prime or is the pump shot?

I lost prime in mine also. I stuck a air hose in the filler in the tranny and cracked the hose lose by the pump on the engine till oil came out. Did this a few times and got the prime back.

Hope that helps.

Take care Darryl

Good thing is the pump is totally rebuildable in the home shop. If just the wear plates and seals you get by pretty cheap too. Everything is available aftermarket except the gear sets for a single section (no 3 point) pump.

Make sure that the hose clamps on the suction line under the pump are tight. The clamps have a tendency of loosening up all by themselves. Good luck and let us know what you find as to the cause of the problem.
