WD pick up plow

  Have a wd pickup plow ( known as the round beam) do I have to remove the pto assy. to lift it clear up , Is there any kind of a conversion . It is a pin hitch with leaving the hitch on it removing the bail ,any way to remodel it?

you dont have to remove the pto but if you dont and cross a ditch just right the plow can come up to high and bend or break the pto.

Probably be worth more as a collectable in the original configuration. If you want an easier way to hook it up, buy a snap couple plow and convert the tractor.

Orange, When new it was told in the manual to remove the PTO before using the plow.  It is very possible that the PTO shaft could be bent.  Not worth it.
You do have a collectable.  There were not that many made.  They were initially made from an existing A-C two bottom pull plow so we would have a mounted plow for the WD.
I have only seen one at a GOTO in Union Bridge.
