Is there any way to slow the 6060 3pt hitch down when it's lifting. When running at working RPM's it lift's so fast and hard that it jerks the whole tractor. When running at idle it works smooth. Seems like there should be a way to turn the pressure down a little.

Yes there is an adjustment knob that controls the lift speed.

It is located on the right side behind the lift control levers on the floor.

I move that up and down and it doesn't change anything, I'm assuming you're talking the knob in the floor on the opposite side of the seat from the PTO gear knob.

Yes that is supposed to control the sensitivity of the 3 PT. Maybe check the linkage?
