I'm not familiar with the 7000 tractors. I bought a 7030 canopy tractor that has sat outside for a few years. The owner died at 42 and his girlfriend does't know much about the tractor. I don't want to try to start it until its in my shop and I can check things more closely. Tried to pull it onto my trailer yesterday and the rear wheels won't turn. 20 speed trans in nuetral on the stick and console. It had been very cold the night before and I suspect there is water in the bottom of the transmission or rear end that was frozen. Going to try again today with temps in the high 40's. Is there anything else I should look for?

No problem rolling with warm temps today. Oil is milking colour so there is water in the oil. Brakes must have been frozen. Thanks for the tip Niel.
