His FG does all the welding on most projects and she also does some creative art work while waiting for him to finish layout or cutting stock. She is a certified welder and graduated from Dunwoody Inst in Mpls after 2 year course in welding .

Its my shop and he works for himself. 
He designed all the stuff himself and has worked out the layout and design to maximize steel use in plate and tubing use . 
 When he started he built several pieces for me to use and test out . He also was making thumb for excavators and doing instillation on them. 
 He has rebuilt several excavator buckets also and was making quick attach parts for excavator bucket to boom couplings.
 In some of the pictures one can see the back of my main shop as he has a 22 X 32 addition on the back of my shop he is working out of. 
 He made his own pattern torch for cutting heavy material but now uses the iron-worker for much of the fab along with me band-saw hacksaw and plasma cutter, on plate he uses the metal cutting skill saw for most cuts.
